About Us

Puerto Rico Equality Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation based in Florida, dedicated to promoting civil rights, equality, and social equity for Puerto Rican American citizens. Through civic education, research, and institutional advocacy, we work tirelessly for full equality, justice, and representation for Puerto Ricans residing on the island.

We firmly believe that unity is strength. That’s why our mission is reinforced through strategic partnerships with other organizations that share our cause. As shown in the images, we collaborate closely with other leaders and allied groups, joining voices and resources to amplify our message. This network of collaboration allows us to go further and build a united front for the dignity of Puerto Rico.

Our commitment takes us directly to the centers of power. A key part of our work is bringing the Puerto Rican people’s voice to the federal Congress. Through lobbying trips to Washington D.C., we meet with legislators to advocate strongly for equal rights and Statehood for Puerto Rico. In these photos, you can see us at the Capitol, defending the interests of our people and demanding fair representation.
